CUSTOM BUILDS

Week One
Attached is the drive train we are installing. Below are the specs-
- 140 amp hour custom lithium battery pack with Orion battery management system and onboard delta q charger.
- 650 amp Curtis 1236 controller with digital dash display
- Custom AC-9 electric motor
- All of this comes with a limited 5-year warranty from the manufacturer.

Please note the wiring was just installed like this for testing purposes. Will be neatened, loomed, and zip ties into place once testing is complete.
Week Two
This week we worked on the front end of the car. The car received a new steering rack install along with a hidden mount for the voltage reducer 48v-12v which will be needed to run all the accessories (4 speaker kicker radio and lots of LED lights). The fuse block and main breaker also arrived and will be installed with all wires upcoming.

Week Three
This week, after successfully testing the custom lithium drive train, we stripped the car down for a deep cleaning. (Can’t get much deeper clean than this)
New Steering rack and cowl weldment re-installed.
New reliance 48 to 12 volt reducer installed to power all the 12 volt lighting and stereo.
Reminder- Club Car is the only manufacturer in the golf cart game that has an aluminum frame. It will never rust.
.

Week Four
This week, All power wires have been run, speakers have been cut into the rear body the dash is being assembled this weekend.
The Assembly process is beginning to take place one step at-a-time. The car is drivable and spins tire from power.
