As New England’s leading golf cart distributor, we’re looking for an experienced road mechanic to repair golf carts and utility vehicles. The right applicant will be dispatched from their home to service locations in Central Massachusetts to perform repairs and service out of a company-supplied service truck or van.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive, forklift, or related service industry
- Experience with electrical vehicles or forklifts preferred
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and trouble shooting
- Ability to read and understand wiring schematics
- Able to fully understand and troubleshoot gasoline engines
- Must have a set of applicable mechanic’s tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- A High School diploma at minimum
- Ability to lift up to 90 pounds
- Mobile or on-site service experience preferred
Your typical day will consist of:
- Being dispatched from your home to service customers in the field
- General repairs to electric- gasoline- diesel-powered golf carts and utility vehicles
- Diagnosing electrical component failures and making necessary repairs
- Maintenance and repairs at customer locations
- Work order/transportation documentation completed on tablets in the field
- Installation of accessories on new equipment
- Estimates on repairs and parts ordering
- Engaging customers on site to explain repairs and build relationships
- New and used vehicle deliveries
- Maintaining the right inventory and inventory levels on service truck/van
Job Type:
Full-Time, On the road (Central Mass)
Salary:
$28 – $32 / hour (before incentives) Repair incentives are offered as opportunities to increase your income based on your personal performance.
Experience:
Auto mechanic - 5 years (required)
Schedule:
- 8 hour day shift, Mon – Fri
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

License/Certifcation:
Driver’s License (required)
