Terms of certified pre-owned warranties

Black or Gold coverage is determined at the time of purchase and warranty period behinds on the day of shipment from C2. The warranty covers parts and labor, applies only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, C2 wil repair or replace defective parts with new parts or, at the option of C2, serviceable used parts that are equivalent or superior to new parts in performance.

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear parts such as tires, belts, seat covers, floor mats, battery cables, etc. This warranty does not cover batteries in electric or gasoline vehicles. Batteries may or may not have their own separate warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective because of accident, misuse, modification, act of God or to any vehicle that has been sold wholesale or as-is.

For warranty work to be performed the vehicle must be brought to a C2 service center. If a customer requests C2 to service the vehicle on site, at C2’s discretion, a destination fee may be charged to the customer. If C2 travels to the location of the vehicle and no warranty is carried out, prompt payment for travel will be the responsibility of the customer.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, C2 MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

C2 EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
